Your Part in the Creative Kickoff

Please create a Google Drive folder and organize your design assets using the structure below. Then share the link with us (with access permissions set to "Anyone with the link can view or edit").

Suggested Folder Structure

Assets to Include:

Graphic Titles/Texts

Headlines, taglines, or CTA copy

Headshots

High-resolution images (preferably on a clean background)

Logo Files

PNG, SVG, or EPS formats

Brand Guidelines

Fonts, color palette, style guide, tone of voice

Design Notes

Ideas, mood boards, dos/don'ts

Other Files

Past creatives, screenshots, or references you love

**Once your Drive folder is ready,** feel free to share the link with us on Slack — whatever you have so far.

Note: Not all items are mandatory — feel free to include whatever you have available now. You can always add more later!

Here’s how to get started:

You will receive a Slack invitation via email

If you don’t have it, Download Slack and sign up

Accept the invite and join your dedicated project channel

Share your Google Drive link directly in the channel
